The Western Mystery Tradition has long been composed of two threads of the Sacred and Divine: The Personal and The Natural. The Natural thread is most easily recognized in Wicca, Neo-Shamanism of any flavour, Voudoun and other religions that celebrate the cycles of life and the seasons. The Personal includes all forms of Magick from Western Qabalah and Alchemy, to Thelema and Enochian. They have been taught as differing and opposed views of Occultism, with The Natural being associated with Neo-paganism and other forms of homemade paths, while The Personal is considered to be selfish, elitist and hierarchical.

The Grail has long represented The Hidden Unity with The Western Mystery Tradition, as it began as The Natural Path's symbol of The Feminine Goddess of Death and Sovereignty, in The Mabinogion and Book of Invasions. The Grail encountered the Personal, or Hermetic Tradition during The Crusades and inspired The Grail Romances, as both Pagan and Christian, Natural and Personal united in the Symbol of The San Graal.

The Sangreal has gained much attention recently with The Divinci Code's publication, and now due to its cinematic adaptation it is once more a topic of public debate, and Papal Scorn. But that very belief has existed for centuries in Southern France, and once was the cause of the Albigensian Crusade, due to Cathar beliefs (even then Heretical in the eyes of The Vatican).

The Divinci Code for all of its controversy, merely restates ideas that go back to Nicea, and were the foundation of the Grail Romances throughout the Middle Ages, the idea of the Sangreal or Royal Blood. In effect that the Grail was not the Cup at the Passover Feast, now called The Last Supper, as was taught to many, but were actually the children of Jesus and Magdalene. This has led to a reinvestigation, of the revisions of Jesus' Life that were Canonized, especially the later Papal Myth that Magdalene was a whore, rather than a Scion of Israel herself. This alone is worthy of study as most of what has been taught about her, we now know to be Papal Propaganda to undermine The Sangreal.

We unite these Traditions of Grail Mystery with The Order of Michael's Grail within Modern Occultism, to allow all of the multidimensional and multifaceted aspects to co-exist and become a beacon through our television and war-soaked contemporary wasteland. We exist to educate and enlighten those seeking a true and pure magick that combines elements of The Personal and The Natural into a system for oneself to achieve both Joy and Perfection, through Chivalry and the Grail Mysteries. The Great Work has never been easy, nor ever has The Grail Seeker's Quest, but in these violent and oppressive times never has it been more vital for those who are drawn toward the grail to serve it as Knights of the Quest, and heal our wounded world.
